E.A.S.T. Fest

E.A.S.T. Fest, hosted by Stab and Kona Big Wave, is inspired by Stab’s award-winning film series that sees top professional surfers test a lineup of alternative surfboards with the intention of unlocking different sensations in wave-riding. E.A.S.T. Fest is a one-day event where the public has the opportunity to surf hundreds of these experimental surfboards alongside the imaginative craftsmen and women who built them, and some of their favorite professional surfers.

• 80 surfers will have the opportunity to surf alongside some of the biggest names in surfing, including Mikey February, Mason Ho, Nathan Fletcher, Harry Bryant, Tosh Tudor, and more
• 100+ experimental surfboards from the world’s best surfboard shapers will be on exhibit and available to test in the surf pool
• Meet and talk surfboard design theory with the craftsman and craftswoman behind E.A.S.T. shapes, including Ryan Lovelace, Donald Brink, Ellis Ericson, Matt Parker, Campbell Bros, Britt Merrick, Matt Biolos, Jaleesa Vincent, and more
• Poolside DJs, live bands, exclusive merch, and surfboard giveaways
• The first screening of Stab’s new E.A.S.T. series, starring Mikey February
• Full access to the Palm Springs Surf Club, including water slides, the lazy river, splash pad, lounge pool, 3 bars, 2 restaurants, and stunning views of the surf pool
